Did you know that you can make a custom column and display the Year-End Date, GST Number or any other information about your clients?
To view information in the custom columns, first select any of the View Info buttons on the far right of your task list in the task list view. The window that pops up is Task Information for [task name]. Then, under Custom Information (see below), you can rename these fields and select the type of field by clicking the ‘I’ bubble icon button to the right of the custom field you wish to use field.

Field Name gives you the ability to name this particular field what you wish. You have 4 choices to choose from to tell Client Track what kind of field you wish it to represent. If you select Lookup Field, you can select Year End Date and this column will show up the Year End Date for all the clients in the task list (see below). You can change these fields as often as you wish. You also have the ability to customize 5 different fields to suite your companies needs. This feature may help with your reporting and organized tasks that are coming up for your clients.
