To view information in the custom columns, first select any of the View Info buttons on the far right of your task list in the task list view. The window that pops up is Task Information for [task name]. Then, under Custom Information (see below), you can rename these fields and select the type of field by clicking the ‘I’ bubble icon button to the right of the custom field you wish to use field.

Field Name gives you the ability to name this particular field what you wish. You have 4 choices to choose from to tell Client Track what kind of field you wish it to represent. If you select Lookup Field, you can select Year End Date and this column will show up the Year End Date for all the clients in the task list (see below). You can change these fields as often as you wish. You also have the ability to customize 5 different fields to suite your companies needs. This feature may help with your reporting and organized tasks that are coming up for your clients.

1. Can search appointments by clicking the binoculars icon on bottom in Appointments section.

2. Can adjust width of columns in Tasks List by dragging the divider lines on title bar with mouse.

Note: We are currently working on being able to delete added categories in Address Book and refreshing Calendar Dates column after editing the dates in Task Calendar of Tasks section.

The following changes are:

1. We changed the GST tasks due after July 1 to “HST” but otherwise no other changes are made.

2. We removed all PST tasks due in Ontario, ON and British Columbia, BC after July 23, 2010.

3. We make sure there is a final PST return task due on July 23, 2010 to make your final payment.

HST Invoice Change

When creating invoice for your client from Ontario or British Columbia, you will need to manually change the tax settings to HST by doing the following:

1. Select a docket ready for invoice and click Create Invoice in List View.

2. Click Display Settings in Invoice window.

3. Click Taxes tab and change settings to HST.

1. Compatible for 64-bit Windows 7.

2. Substantial increase in the speed of Client Track.

3. HST compatible for changes in Ontario and British Columbia.

1. Time & Billing > Quick Entry (brand new) – a new quick entry wizard to give you the abilty to quickly enter your time.

2. Time & Billing > List View - Quickly select dockets for specific clients that are ready to be invoiced with an open list in this view. In addition, there are 5 options to choose from at the bottom.

3. Appointments - In the “Add New Appointment” window, you can now add text in the Appointment Display Text above and below what you have typed in the appointment name.

4. Appointments - In the “Add New Appointment” window you can now add Custom Info to the appointment for additional information. Please see the last tab in this window.

5. Tools > Compress Data File Wizard (brand new) – If your data file is running slow, follow the steps in this wizard to compress your data file.

6. Personal Clients > Employee Assigned - On the General Info screen, you will now see a display box on top right that will show you what employee is assigned to this client.

7. Personal Clients - When adding or editing a client, you can dynamically split and combine main and spouse information for display in the lists.

8. Personal Clients > View List - We now have a totals column in the personal tax list so you can see how many of each check box you have checked for your personal clients.
